To the person on DC Urban Mom who doesn't like us...

OK - I feel like an insecure high school kid now, telling you about people who like us, asking you to like us, and now telling you about someone who doesn't like us, so I'll try to make this the last in the series!  There was a negative posting about us on one of our favorite informative mommy sites, DC Urban Mom in response to a question about using us for their toddler's party (http://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/44745.page):

We generally get great feedback, but we can't be 100% liked; however, I do like the opportunity to address the problem, make adjustments, etc.  Please feel free to contact me directly at andy@andysparties.com if you do have a gripe about our service - the DCUM comment is the opposite of what we strive to be, so I'd like to be able to at least identify who worked your party and make an adjustment.  We're unfortunately going to have an occasional unhappy customer, especially considering how many events we run, but I do care and want to know what is happening wrong.

If you have the time, I'd love for you to respond to this string if you're a DCUM reader.  If you want to say wonderful things, please make sure you also say something like "that Andy guy is really cool" (just kidding).
