Check out Celebrate Calm…

I’ve had the pleasure to meet Kirk Martin from Celebrate Calm / Calm Classrooms. CC works with families and teachers of challenging, emotional children whether they have a label attached to them or not. He helped us train our Great Kids Camps counselors this past summer when faced with kids who shy away from the crowd or act out - he has great tips to include all kids into activities.

Check out the CC website. They have seminars coming up all around the country and they also have CDs available for sale.

I felt the need to post this after my previous post about people dropping their kids off in Nebraska, but it’s not bad to get some help long before it ever gets to that point!
