Now that I’m a dad, I’m finding myself “eating crow” much more than ever before. What was “It’s terrible parenting to have your baby sleep even one night in your bed” is now “I’m tired, bring the kid into bed so we’ll all sleep a little.” What was “I’ll never pay $1,000 per month to drop my kid off at daycare” is now “$1,000? Is there a waitlist or can we sign up on the spot?”
