Andy "The Real Andy"
Who is Andy? Andy is a young boy we met several years ago who loved planning birthday parties. His birthday is the week before Christmas and Chanukah, and he often felt that people paid less attention to his birthday because of the holidays. Learning that he could not legally change his birthdate, he decided that the next best thing was to make other kids' parties special throughout the year. His enthusiasm for other kids' parties was so infectious, that other kids joined his team to plan more and more parties.
Andy is older now and has since learned new things like incorporating, accounting, and insurance. With this knowledge, he formed a company and called it Andy's Parties. Andy's Parties' mission is to throw each child a great party that meets his or her distinct interests and allows mom and dad to enjoy themselves. Andy's Parties works hard to make every party great and stress-free!
Andrew Ross "Guy in the Monkey Suit"
Andrew Ross is an entrepreneur with substantial experience in small business. After graduating with a degree in business from the Wharton Business School, he spent seven years in the private equity and consulting industries, helping grow many businesses. However, ever since he graduated from high school, Andy has longed for his previous years as a camp counselor and child's party planner and entertainer. For five summers as a day camp counselor, he taught young children to swim, make crafts, and play sports. His glory culminated as he led his young purple team to victory in color wars! As an employee of a party planning company in New Jersey, he 
helped plan and lead fun and exciting birthday parties for kids. He has leveraged his business knowledge to start Andy's Parties, which will surely be entertaining kids for years to come! Andy is primarily responsible for the Andy's Parties Franchising and Great Kids Camps & Events initiatives and with growing the corporate locations. He has been thrilled with the success of Andy's Parties to date!
Paula Ross "Chief Creative Officer"
Paula Ross is primarily in charge of developing new parties and classes, as well as operating the Mommy & Me Program in our corporate locations. By trade, a communications consultant to corporate clients, she has many years of planning and facilitation experience for social and business events - from huge company holiday gatherings to smaller and mid-sized town hall meetings and open houses in communities where her clients are doing business. Not to mention, she planned and executed her wedding to Andrew almost single-handedly - including creating custom invitations, programs and favors. (J.Lo. watch out!) Your invitations and goodie bags will be just as spectacular with Paula's help. Paula really enjoys working with kids and is looking forward to helping you host the perfect party for your child!

Rachel Ross-Schanck "Director of All Things Fun"
Rachel Ross-Schanck is a Graphic Designer, by education, with five plus years in the corporate world. After sitting in a cubicle day in and day out, Rachel decided she wasn't sitting in the right size seat. Much like Andy, Rachel too worked as a camp counselor and child party planner when she was younger and longed for those fun days. So Rachel joined Andy's Parties in summer 2008 and together they have brought Andy's Parties to New Jersey (where they grew up). Rachel's primary responsibilities are building up the business for NJ/NY and reserving parties for many of the different locations. Rachel looks forward to bringing one of our many great parties to your home and making your child's birthday special.
